A registration fee of $60.00 is due with the application form. A class will consist of twelve children. If there is not enough interest in the ministry program to fill a class your registration fee will be refunded to you.
Otherwise, the registration fee is non-refundable.
Eligibility - 3 and 4 years old
Your child must be 3 years old by August 31, 2008. And your child must be FULLY potty trained. (No DIAPERS OR PULL UPS)
Health Policy
A current health assessment form and immunization record completed by the child’s health care provider is due by the first day of preschool.
